I received three e-mails from epic over the last week that my account was locked. I received them on March 19th, 23rd, and 27th.

Epic provided this information:
Your Epic Games account has been locked due to multiple invalid login attempts. Please wait 120 minutes before trying to access your account. Feel free to contact us if you need help. Kind Regards, Your Friends at Epic Need Help? [email protected]
My account was actually not locked for 120 minutes, but indefinitely until my password was reset. There was no information given from Epic about that.
I tried to e-mail [email protected]. The response?

Unless you reset your password, you can't use help.epicgames.com for account issues. Can i play minecraft online without buying it.
In the password reset e-mail, they state the following:
You have successfully changed your Epic Games account password. If you did not make this request, please contact us immediately.
That contact us e-mail is to [email protected], but guess what happens if you send them an e-mail?
Thank you for your email. This email address is not monitored. For support, please visit http://help.epicgames.com.
Guess what happens if you call Epic directly at +1 919 854 0070? It's a recording directing you to e-mail that doesn't work.
Epic needs to greatly improve their account support. Here's what I think they need to do:
- Provide me with the IP address/location for who was trying to access my account on each occasion.
- Revise or improve the notifications when someone is locked out of their account. Specifically, that the account may be locked until the password is reset or that the duration is not 120 minutes, but locked until the password reset is performed.
- The 'need help?' and 'contact us immediately' e-mail addresses provided should also be removed or changed since it replies that the addresses are not monitored.
- Please keep us informed of issues.
